MAPS & DRAINS

It has already been stated that there are 88 houses on the development squeezed into a very small area. Here is a map of the development. It clearly shows the areas for which the company is responsible. These areas are shown in a red crosshatch; council adopted areas are in blue and private property left blank. Within those red areas are visitor parking spaces and it is hoped that they are used for that purpose. Effectively they are bits of company land and are available for all of us. If you see anyone using this land on a semi-permanent basis for parking let us know and we will try to deal with it and hasten the car’s removal and relocation. The map also shows which fences are owned by which property, as depicted by a ‘T’ on the boundary line whose tail points inwards to the property that is responsible for that particular fence.

The map is downloadable along with a map of the drains which might prove useful in the event of a conservatory installation or indeed to show where a potential blockage might be located.
